The structures are built of 3/8” square strips of OSB, held together by color and gravity. They are architectural structures, but are rickety, precarious, and ephemeral. Their silence in the dark room creates shrines of them. The smell of their wood fills the room. 

The video is a glitched-out google earth walkthrough in Western North Carolina. I walk along the surface of the earth that has been flattened against the virtual topography of the mountains. The mountains wear the abstracted imagery of trees and structures like a fabric shroud.
